Gear4music Ltd. in York is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and emails, offering friendly, professional product guidance across musical instruments and AV gear.

You will work at our head office with 8:00–16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, with some remote consideration. We value music passion, reliability, and strong communication; join a team that rewards initiative with generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Danish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Telephone manners and rapport-building skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of musical instruments and equipment is beneficial.
• Willingness to work at York head office with some remote work.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Provide friendly and professional advice on instruments and audio-visual products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
• Become a valued member of the Customer Service team.

Connaissances

Customer service experience
