Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Damp & Mould Supervisor to oversee teams delivering repairs across residential properties in Hatfield. This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while supporting a mobile workforce and resident satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have proven Damp & Mould supervision experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in damp and mould supervision or repairs leadership.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and RAMS understanding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors delivering damp and mould repairs across residential properties.
• Ensure works are safe, on time and to specification.
• Monitor productivity and quality through site visits and inspections.
• Review works for coding accuracy and variations justification.
• Coordinate with planners and admins to ensure efficient workflows and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and industry standards.
• Deliver toolbox talks and conduct site risk assessments.
• Assist with resource planning and scheduling for delivery of works.
• Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
