Job summary

Process Operative Level 3 – Manchester Dairy M17 1TU at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a hands-on production professional to monitor and control dairy processes from intake to finished product.

You will work 4 on 4 off rotating shifts, operate computer-controlled systems, perform testing, maintain SOPs, and contribute to food safety and continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or production, ideally with food/beverage/FMCG.
• Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems from intake to finished product.
• Sampling, testing, and analysing raw materials and products.
• Loading and unloading tankers safely and efficiently.
• Record and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Perform laboratory testing and report results.
• Follow SOPs and food safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure product quality and compliance at every stage.
