NFU (National Farmers’ Union) is seeking an Adviser (Dairy) to champion the interests of dairy farming members and help shape the future of the dairy sector. You will work with the National Dairy Board and stakeholders to provide policy guidance, develop lobbying strategies, and analyse developments affecting members’ businesses.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong communications, and the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of the UK food industry, policy development or government decision-making processes.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills are essential.
