The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) is seeking a proactive administrator to join our governance team in the UK. You will coordinate board, committee and Council meetings, and support the Annual General Meeting and National Officeholder Elections.
You will manage governance actions, ensure records and deadlines are delivered on time, and provide a confidential, professional service to senior stakeholders using Microsoft 365.

You will play a central role in supporting the NFU’s democratic and commercial governance framework, coordinating board, committee and Council meetings and supporting with our Annual General Meeting and National Officeholder Elections. You will manage governance actions and ensure key records, documentation and deadlines are delivered accurately and on time.
You will bring strong administrative and organisational skills, experience supporting meetings and senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage competing priorities accurately. You will be a confident communicator, highly proficient in Microsoft 365, proactive in solving problems and committed to delivering a professional, responsive service while handling confidential information with discretion.
