Job summary

Symphony in London is seeking a German-speaking Senior Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth across the DACH region. Based in our London office, you will hunt for new logos and expand our footprint with high-value enterprises, navigating regulatory and cultural landscapes.

You will lead the full sales cycle in German, articulate Symphony's security and compliance advantages to C-suite, and build a robust pipeline through local networks, with commission-based rewards and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience with a proven quota.
• Fluency in German with excellent English.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with new logo wins.
• Deep knowledge of DACH markets and corporate structures.
• Experience navigating long multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• DACH Territory Hunting & Logo Acquisition: identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across Germany, Switzerland and Austria in German.
• Account Penetration & Expansion: map under-penetrated accounts to scale into enterprise-wide agreements.
• Pipeline & Ecosystem Management: build a strong pipeline and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
