Job summary

Red Dot Capital Partners is seeking an Engagement Associate for the DACH region, based in London or Germany. You will work closely with Engagement Managers to deepen retailer relationships, learn our technology, support deployments, and manage day-to-day client operations toward independent account ownership.

You will engage across time zones and embrace AI-first approaches, communicating clearly with engineering teams and senior management, while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Essential: native or fluent German with strong English; other languages are a plus.
• Background bridging business and tech (Business Informatics, IS, CS, or equivalent).
• Able to understand and clearly communicate issues to engineering teams.
• High ownership mindset; take initiative.
• Eager to learn quickly, collaborate across time zones, AI-first approach.
• Flexibility to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Visit client stores and understand how our technology performs in real-world conditions.
• Coordinate issue resolution with TechOps and R&D to accelerate fixes.
• Use analytics to surface data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Engage with client operations and IT to identify friction and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, audience-tailored communications for stakeholders.
• Grow into engagement ownership and client rollout planning.
