Job summary

Circle Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Support Consultant to join their team. The role focuses on 1st/2nd line support for D365 CE/CRM and enabling customers with Power Platform solutions.

You will liaise with internal consultants and technical teams, deliver issues within SLAs, and thrive in a Microsoft Partner environment, with 2-3 days per week in the office in Stoke on Trent. Salary up to £45,000.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in a professional setting.
• Background in a support or consultancy environment.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
• Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
• Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
• Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.
