Job summary

You will translate business challenges into practical Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technology, shaping adoption and delivering low-code solutions. The role offers a permanent hybrid working pattern with a salary of £56k-£59k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Functional Consultant or Power Platform professional delivering business value through technology.
• Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Gravitas to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Azure DevOps desirable).
• Passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Configuring and implementing applications using a low-code/no-code approach.
• Managing your own portfolio of change from discovery through to deployment.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.
• Acting as the technical lead for your solutions, resolving issues and providing expert guidance.
• Championing best practice, governance, data quality and continuous improvement.
• Supporting users, encouraging adoption and helping maximise the value of Microsoft technologies.
• Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft innovations and identifying opportunities to introduce new capabilities.
