Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking a Power Platform Developer for a hybrid role near Dudley. You will translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, acting as the technical lead.

The role emphasizes delivering secure, maintainable solutions, integrating REST APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders across teams. Hybrid work with office presence 2–3 days per week is offered, with a salary in the £50k–£60k range and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps—Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Dataverse and third‑party platforms
• Strong SQL database experience with querying and data structure/performance knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across technical and non‑technical teams
• C#/.NET experience or similar object‑oriented development is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse as the technical lead
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user‑focused technical solutions
• Develop automated workflows and business processes to improve efficiency
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements and recommend value‑adding capabilities
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
