Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking an experienced Microsoft CRM (CE) Support Consultant to join their Customer Services team. You will support customers using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, investigate issues, and manage cases to deliver high-quality service.

The role is fully remote within the UK with travel for training and company events. You will liaise with customers, internal delivery teams and third-party providers while meeting SLAs and maintaining excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM.
• Experience in a D365 CE/CRM support or consultative environment.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages or Copilot Studio.
• Experience providing customer-facing support and troubleshooting.
• Experience working to SLAs and managing multiple support cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering customer training or user guidance.
• Good understanding of the wider Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem.
• Strong investigation, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class support to customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve D365 CE/CRM support queries
• Manage support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
• Work within agreed SLAs and ensure cases are progressed without breaches
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the support process
• Liaise with internal Professional Services teams and third-party software providers
• Provide guidance and training to customers where required
• Support customers with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvements across the support function
• Produce KPI and support reporting for the Customer Services Manager
• Manage workload effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service
