Job summary

Logicor is seeking a D365 Platform Manager to own the end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations service for all live countries. You will lead a small, senior team and work with the Head of Technology Operations & Cybersecurity to ensure stability, compliance and continuous improvement.

The role covers architecture, security, change management and vendor governance in a pan-European setting, coordinating across countries and partners to deliver reliable financial and property

Qualifications

• Substantial experience owning a live Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations service in a multi-country organisation.
• Credible across both functional and technical conversations.
• Proven line leadership of a mixed functional and technical team.

Responsibilities

• Run service stability and operations for the D365 platform across live countries.
• Chair the change advisory board for the platform and approve production changes.
• Own the security model, role design and segregation-of-duties principles.
• Own the upgrade cycle, data readiness and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Lead the service line and manage the supplier ecosystem.
