Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is expanding its Lifetime Services (LTS) team and seeks an experienced Finance & HR Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in live, business-critical environments.

The role focuses on post-go-live support, service delivery, and long-term client success across multiple customers, handling incidents, requests, and advisory work with trusted stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of support, service and advisory cases across multiple clients.
• Triage, analyse, and resolve Finance and HR issues within Dynamics 365 F&O, applying sound judgement.
• Prioritise workload and manage competing demands while meeting SLAs.
• Take accountability for cases end-to-end, from investigation to resolution and closure.
• Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients with clear, business-focused explanations.
