Job summary

Lorien is seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant / Solution Architect to own a business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM environment from Kensington. The role focuses on stability, performance and future migration readiness, acting as the senior escalation point for live CRM services and coordinating with ICT teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) in live environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform and integration patterns.
• Experience with issue resolution, incident and change management for CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support and maintenance of a live Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environment.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases and operational dependencies across the CRM service.
• Investigate and resolve complex Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, integration and data performance issues.
• Act as a senior escalation point for business-critical CRM issues and stakeholders.
