Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced D365 CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM projects and enhancements, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, internal teams and external delivery partners.

You will drive planning, governance, reporting, and coordinate suppliers and client teams to ensure data migration, integrations, testing and a smooth transition into BAU, while keeping projects aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering D365 CRM projects.
• Strong governance, planning and communication skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and business/technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 CRM projects through planning, delivery, testing and implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing and transition into BAU.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance and project reporting.
