Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring Warehouse Operatives for its Direct-to-Consumer operation at Nestle Purina, Hams Hall. You will pick & pack orders, prepare products for dispatch, and operate a Forklift Truck, contributing to safe, accurate warehouse operations.

This full-time permanent role offers 5 out of 7 shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00), an annual salary of £27,358.05, 32 days of annual leave, retail discounts, and funded training courses to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, manual handling and/ or FLT operations would be advantageous
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing products for dispatch to customers across the UK
• Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to move stock and support warehouse operations
• Creating promotional materials and completing associated warehouse task

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with opportunities to develop you skills, including forklift truck duties.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be workingin Any 5 out of 7 rotating shifts,06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00.
