Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Ikea team in Dartford. You will work any 5 out of 7 days with fixed shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 22:00-06:00.

You will pick, check and handle stock, operate basic warehouse equipment, and maintain high quality standards while supporting warehouse efficiency. A company pension, employee discounts, and development opportunities are provided.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Ikea team in Dartford.

• 06:00-14:00
• 14:00-22:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
• Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
• Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
• Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
• Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
• Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
