Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a D2C E-Commerce Specialist based in Luton with a hybrid office model. You will drive online sales, improve the digital consumer journey, and collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to implement improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing website performance with GA4 and ContentSquare, managing affiliate marketing, optimizing product merchandising, and leading A/B tests with the CRO team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in consumer goods or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and digital merchandising.
• Solid technical grasp of e-commerce platforms and environments.
• Experience with GA4, ContentSquare, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing.
• Fluent in business English; a second European language is a plus.
• Degree-level education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover customer behaviors and conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals.
• Manage affiliate marketing and sales performance and work with central team to grow the network.
• Optimize product merchandising to increase visibility and drive sales.
• Enhance the path to purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Partner with the CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX improvements.
• Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Lead and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies.
