Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a D-Loop Coordinator in Alfreton to support the Operations Support Manager and the Operations Team, ensuring work is programmed to meet client SLAs and customer expectations.

You will own workstreams from receipt to completion, schedule work orders, optimise routes, provide service to internal and external customers, and maintain accurate data in works management systems. A permanent role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Utilities sector is desirable but not required.
• Desirable knowledge of streetworks statutory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in an organised way to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and data handling ability.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams from receipt to job completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLAs and permits, optimise routes.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers by phone.
• Maintain timely input and upload data into works management systems.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Produce daily and weekly reports to meet service levels.
• Validate and transmit notice/permit requests promptly.
• Open/close notices and permits, identify issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor outstanding issues and provide general admin support.
• Be part of a call desk focusing on outbound customer calls.
