Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 NHS AfC Eating Disorder Mental Health Practitioner to support CYPMHS in Ellesmere Port. The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract, part-time (30 hours per week), based at Kingsley Resource Centre, with a pro rata annual salary of £39,959–£48,117.

Formación

• Professional Registration with recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England)
• Nationally recognised post-qualification CPD related to the core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional)
• Therapeutic Training to intermediate / diploma level

Responsabilidades

• Undertake initial CYPCEDS assessments of new referrals gathering information from young people and carers.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of therapeutic care for eating disorders and mental health difficulties.
• Undertake care planning and subsequent reviews with a young person and their parents/carers.
• Screen routine and urgent referrals and offer frontline clinical intervention with a clinical formulation and risk management plan.
• Collaborate with young people and carers in care planning and risk management.
• Hold case management responsibilities for a caseload of young people with eating disorders.
• Attend and participate in external multi-agency care planning and safeguarding meetings.
• Directly implement psychological, psychoeducational and therapeutic treatments including Family Based Treatment for Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa.
