Job summary

• Must have NMC nursing or social work or equivalent Health /social care qualification.
• Significant post qualification experience in community mental health services to post graduate diploma level.

Responsibilities

• Undertake mental health assessments and formulate treatment plans for young people and families.
• Provide ongoing evidence-based interventions within a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes in line with guidelines and safeguarding requirements.
• Collaborate with partners across education, children’s services and local services.
