Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner in Cambridge to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for young people with eating disorders and support their families. The role is full-time and ongoing, with a salary up to £26 per hour.

You will lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of person-centred treatment, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with families to promote recovery in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and support for young people with eating disorders and engage with their families as part of intensive treatment.
• Take a lead in planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred, evidence-based care plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and risk management, offering professional advice on these aspects as needed.
• Deliver hands-on meal support and supervision, role modeling a healthy attitude to food, and offer problem-solving and practical assistance.
• Collaborate with families, young people, and carers, ensuring a holistic approach to health promotion and recovery.
