Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner for Children and Young People to deliver low‑intensity CBT and support CYP and families across west Dorset. The role offers hybrid working and a full-time post with flexible hours.

Applicants must hold the WP CYP qualification, have experience with CYP mental health, and will manage caseloads, lead group work, and collaborate with schools and partner agencies to provide timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Wellbeing Practitioner (CYP) with relevant training.
• Experience working with children and young people in mental health settings.
• Ability to work with families and schools as part of care.
• Experience with group work and supervision where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of children and young people.
• Deliver individual and group low-intensity CBT interventions.
• Collaborate with families, schools and partner agencies.
• Help develop innovative ways to engage and support young people.
• Receive regular clinical supervision and professional development.
