Job summary

National Skills Agency Ltd in the UK is seeking an Apprenticeships Operations Manager (CYP) to lead day-to-day operations, ensure quality, compliance and performance of CYP apprenticeship provision. The role includes developing sequencing of training and ensuring readiness for end-point assessment.

We welcome candidates with IQA experience or CYP leadership background who are looking for the next step up, with a national/home-based role requiring travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Teaching/training qualification required (Level 3 or above).
• Assessor qualification required.
• Internal Quality Assurance qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day apprenticeship operations, monitoring quality, performance, risks and compliance.
• Ensure CYP apprenticeship programmes are ambitious, relevant and logically sequenced, with effective initial assessment and recognition of prior learning.
• Meet agreed retention, achievement and timely completion targets and monitor progress for end‑point assessment.
