Job summary

Halfords is seeking a bike service and repair enthusiast in the UK. You’ll perform service and repair on kids, adult, premium, performance and electric cycles, delivering high standards and helping customers find and maintain their dream bike.

Experience in retail or cycle services is ideal, with a talent for customer service and sharing expertise. We invest heavily in training to help your career progress within Retail or elsewhere in the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and repair on cycles to high standards.
• Help develop other team members and share expertise.
• Assist customers in selecting and maintaining their bikes.
