Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in the UK is seeking a part-time Bike Technician to service and repair a variety of cycles and to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work on a rota that includes weekends, helping customers find the right bike and maintaining our high service standards.

The role involves hands-on repair work, knowledge sharing with teammates, and contributing to sales targets while supporting store goals and the customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and repair work on bikes.
• Help develop other team members and maintain high service standards.
