Job summary

Halfords Group in Slough is seeking a part-time Bike Service Assistant for 20 hours per week. You will perform bike service and repair, deliver excellent customer service, and help customers choose and maintain their bikes.

Experience in cycle services and a passion for bikes is key. You will work with the team to meet sales targets, rotate weekends, and benefit from a supportive training environment that helps you grow within the Halfords Group.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
