Job summary

Becrypt is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead product ownership, solution design and pre-sales engagements for Becrypt’s cybersecurity products. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and senior management to articulate technical and business value.

The role involves working with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to design and deliver product-based solutions, support integration, training and services, and to manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Solutions Architect in the Cyber Security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security principles (defence in depth, resilience, and integrated security operations).
• Proficient in Linux and Windows OS; solid understanding of network security concepts and cryptography.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to support development, marketing and sales activities.
• Product Ownership within the Scrum/Agile development team(s).
• Support business development, technical evaluations, pilots and proof of concepts.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical responses.
• Deliver customised product demonstrations at customer/partner meetings and conferences.
• Support prospective clients through the sales cycle by providing pre-sales technical support on architecture, integration and operation.
• Escalate and manage technical issues through support and engineering to deliver customer success.
• Engage, train and support Becrypt partners and customers in territory to expand sales coverage.
• Mutually agreed ad-hoc tasks.
