Job summary

PentenAmio is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to own a cryptographic device portfolio end to end. You will shape the product vision, roadmap, and assurance pathway for hardware-software integrated solutions used by government and national security customers.

You will collaborate with security authorities, engineers and commercial teams, balancing rigorous evaluation with practical product delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Product Management, ideally in a secure environment.
• British citizen; eligible for UK NSV (DV level clearance).
• Experience in regulated/security domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product-level vision, strategy, roadmap and business value for cryptographic device portfolio.
• Lead discovery with customers and security authorities to validate mission needs and constraints.
• Map evaluation and certification pathways into the roadmap and hit approvals.
• Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, suppliers and labs to align hardware, firmware, security and certification activities.
• Own the commercial position including IP, licensing, exportability, support model and through-life cost.
• Partner with other Product Managers to integrate device capabilities into gateways and end-user applications.
• Track evaluation progress and technical performance; iterate with evidence.
• Mentor junior product colleagues and mature product practice across the business.
