Job summary

HDI is expanding its Cyber proposition in London and seeking an experienced Underwriter to develop and maintain a profitable Cyber book within the Lloyd's and Company platforms.

You will engage with brokers and clients in the UK, assess risks with input from actuarial data, and help drive portfolio strategy while mentoring junior colleagues. The role offers opportunities to influence pricing, terms, and growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of the Cyber market and broker dynamics.
• Proven track record in broker relationships and profitable results.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources to steer underwriting.
• Excellent communication with underwriters, brokers and stakeholders.
• Strong team collaboration and willingness to adapt to change.
