Responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-term strategies to drive profit and growth for London Market and UK & Ireland underwriting teams.
• Develop underwriting and marketing strategies reflecting local market conditions to meet growth and profitability goals.
• Direct underwriting activities to ensure profitability and effective pricing decisions.
• Meet with brokers to maintain relationships and maximize production opportunities.
• Hire, develop and retain a high-performing staff to support profit, growth, and expense management.
• Collaborate with internal resources to deliver exceptional client service.
