Responsibilities

• Lead the development and sale of strategy-led transformation programs across business, operating model, and organisational change domains.
• Advise senior executives on business strategy, growth, transformation, organisational effectiveness, and future operating models.
• Develop executive-level transformation roadmaps linking strategic objectives to execution.
• Own commercial propositions and drive growth across consulting opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, solution shaping, executive presentations, and client pursuit activities.
• Design target operating models across people, process, governance, technology, and service dimensions.
• Support clients through complex transformation journeys, including organisational redesign, workforce transformation, shared services, and business model evolution.
• Coach and support consultants throughout program delivery to ensure quality and client success.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships that generate long-term consulting partnerships.
• Collaborate with industry, technology, and AI consulting leaders to create integrated transformation solutions.
