Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking an experienced Business Change and Readiness Manager for a 3-month hybrid contract in the UK. You will own the programme-level change management approach, drive stakeholder engagement, and coordinate training and readiness activities ahead of project releases.

You will influence senior leaders, craft effective communication strategies, and monitor adoption across multiple work streams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in cyber, technology, or digital transformation programmes is desirable.

• Own and drive the programme-level change management approach across initiatives.
• Assess and manage organisational change impacts across stakeholder groups.
• Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and awareness campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate training and readiness activities ahead of project releases.

• Ensure alignment with change management frameworks and governance.
• Deliver consistent messaging across projects and stakeholder groups.
