Morson Group is seeking a proactive Change & Communications Specialist to drive cyber security initiatives through effective change management, communications, and awareness activities. You will collaborate with the Cyber Change Lead and project teams to coordinate change delivery, readiness activities, and user adoption across the organisation.

Formación

Experience supporting change, communications, awareness, training, or employee engagement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working with technical SMEs and business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content development and storytelling abilities.
Creative mindset for developing engaging awareness materials (posters, infographics, videos, presentations).
Practical knowledge of change management principles and approaches.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute change delivery support and stakeholder engagement plans.
Create and coordinate cyber security communications across channels; maintain assets and SharePoint content.
Support Cyber Champions and local initiatives to drive awareness and adoption.
Track progress, gather feedback, and escalate adoption risks to ensure smooth delivery.
