Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking an experienced Business Change and Readiness Manager for a 3-month hybrid contract in the UK. You will own the programme-level change management approach, drive stakeholder engagement, and coordinate training and readiness activities ahead of project releases.

You will influence senior leaders, craft effective communication strategies, and monitor adoption across multiple work streams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Change and Readiness Manager to support a major Cyber Uplift programme. This role will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, readiness, and adoption of cyber-related changes across the organisation, ensuring stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts them.

Location: UB7 0GB (Hybrid, 1-2 days on-site per week)

Contract: 3 Months

Day Rate: Competitive daily rate (inside IR35)

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive change professional who can influence stakeholders at all levels, develop effective communication strategies, and ensure successful adoption of programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the programme-level change management approach, ensuring consistency across initiatives.
• Assess and manage organisational change impacts across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and awareness campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate training and readiness activities ahead of project releases.

• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working on cyber, technology, digital transformation, or business change programmes is highly desirable.
