Nomios Group is seeking a Service Operations Administrator to join our Service Business team in Basingstoke. You will coordinate service renewals, logistics, asset records and supplier engagement in a fast-paced cyber security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/operational roles within technology/IT services.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Confidence managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience with operational, procurement, order management or service management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of customer service delivery.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service renewals, maintenance agreements and support contracts to ensure continuity of customer services.
• Coordinate logistics activities including deliveries, collections, warehouse movements and shipment tracking.
• Administer RMA and warranty processes, managing vendor communications and replacement hardware requirements.
• Support import, export and compliance activities, ensuring documentation/compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, serial numbers, entitlements and service agreements.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activity between customers, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered.
• Manage competing priorities and escalate risks as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support development of the Service Operations function.
