Nomios UK&I is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our Service Business team in the UK. You will coordinate renewals, logistics, asset records and supplier engagement to keep operations accurate and on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, operations, service coordination or business support role.
• Experience working within a technology, managed services, cyber security or IT services environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage complex data and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Confidence managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience working with operational, procurement, order management or service management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage service renewals, maintenance and support contract renewals.
• Coordinate logistics including deliveries, collections and warehouse activity.
• Handle RMA cases, hardware replacements, returns and warranty claims.
• Support import/export activities and compliance documentation.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records and verify contract coverage.
• Coordinate stakeholders across customers, vendors and internal teams.
