Job summary

Nomios is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience for security services in the UK. You will manage SLAs, KPIs and service reviews, while coordinating with the nTAC and internal stakeholders to ensure value delivery for customers.

You will lead ITIL processes, drive reporting, and identify improvements. The role requires UK travel, a full driving licence, and strong stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Degree in Business or IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly.
• At least three years’ experience as Service Delivery Manager for a mature SOC.
• Knowledge of Service Management tools such as CRM, Salesforce, Confluence, Power Apps, Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of cyber security concepts (SIEM, EDR, XDR).
• Excellent senior stakeholder and relationship management.
• Analytical, with experience creating reports and documentation.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across the UK with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Transition for onboarding of new customers and services.
• Deliver SLAs and KPIs for customers.
• Lead service reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with nTAC to ensure positive outcomes for customers.
• Manage ITIL processes (Major Incident, Change, and Problem).
• Define and improve service reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive value for Nomios.
• Manage customer satisfaction through surveys and metrics.
• Own customer documentation like operations handbooks and bespoke processes.
• Support Sales Account Managers with opportunities for Managed Services.
• Ensure vendors meet SoW targets.
