Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a senior cyber security leader to spearhead proactive security capabilities across threat intelligence, vulnerability management, attack surface management, and security posture management. The role involves translating cyber risks into business impacts for Director and Executive-level audiences, in complex Azure, AWS and M365 environments.

The position requires strong cloud security expertise, proven stakeholder management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering proactive cyber security capabilities within a large, complex organisation.
• Current SC clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive cyber security activities across threat intelligence, vulnerability management, attack surface management, security posture management and threat hunting.
• Support the development and delivery of cyber security strategies, roadmaps and improvement programmes across Azure, AWS and M365 environments.
• Engage senior stakeholders and work with multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to translate technical cyber risks into clear business impacts and decisions.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud security, particularly Microsoft Azure, AWS and M365 environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical risks clearly to Director and Executive-level audiences.
