Job summary

Lorien in Reading is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Cyber Security PMO (Project Amur). The role will help maintain programme controls, assist with reporting cycles, track actions and dependencies, support financial and resource tracking, and ensure artefacts meet governance requirements.

The successful candidate will work with Delivery Leads and Programme Managers to monitor milestones, escalate data quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO environment and supporting governance cycles.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, RAID and dependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of programme controls, including plans, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
• Coordinate inputs for weekly, monthly and governance board reporting.
• Maintain artefacts and documentation in line with PMO standards.
• Assist with financial information, budget updates, forecasts and cross-charge data.
• Support planning and delivery reporting for Delivery Leads and Programme Managers.
• Monitor progress against milestones and escalate data quality issues.
• Assist with governance packs, action logs and follow-up activity.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting templates.
