Job summary

Aon seeks a Director, Cyber – Corporate M&A to lead the Cyber M&A practice in our London office. You will guide complex engagements, oversee due diligence, carve-outs and integrations, and advise senior deal teams on cyber and technology risks across transactions.

You will translate cyber findings into commercial and financial implications, shaping Day One risk models and remediation plans, while expanding client relationships globally.

Qualifications

• Proven cyber security and technology risk expertise within complex corporate environments.
• Strong M&A transaction experience, including cyber due diligence and remediation.
• Ability to translate cyber findings into clear, transaction-relevant insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing Cyber M&A team.
• Lead complex Cyber M&A engagements including due diligence and post‑deal remediation.
• Advise senior clients and deal teams on cyber and technology risks across transactions.
• Translate material cyber risks into clear commercial, operational and financial implications.
• Shape Day One and target-state cyber security models across governance, data protection and third-party risk.
• Drive business growth and build trusted client relationships within the global platform.
