Job summary

Outbreach Ltd. is hiring three Sales Managers to sell incident response, forensics, advisory and readiness services. Two seats are UK based and one focuses on the GCC, with you building a pipeline and owning a territory to hit targets.

You will develop relationships with brokers, insurers and law firms, handle urgent inquiries and scope engagements with the delivery team, writing proposals and representing Outbreach at events.

Qualifications

• Track Record: Proven delivery against a new business number in cyber security or technical professional services.
• Consultative Selling: Customers buy based on conversation, not a script.
• Technical Literacy: Able to discuss security with a CISO or IT director.
• Partner Selling: Experience selling through brokers, insurers and referral relationships.
• Self Direction: You will be building a territory rather than following a list.
• Commercial Judgement: Sound judgement on scope and price.
• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK or UAE, depending on seat.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: Own a territory and build the pipeline to hit it.
• Service selling: Sell incident response retainers, readiness engagements, security posture reviews.
• Referral network: Develop relationships with brokers, insurers and MSPs in your patch.
• Emergency enquiries: Handle inbound urgent enquiries commercially and quickly, including out of hours.
• Scoping: Scope engagements with delivery team for accurate proposals.
• Proposals: Write and own proposals, and support formal tender responses.
• Pipeline hygiene: Keep CRM accurate so forecast means something.
• Retainer conversion: Convert one-off incident work into retained relationships.
• Representation: Represent Outbreach at industry events and in front of clients.
