We're looking for a Cyber Engineering Manager to lead and develop Royal Mail's Cyber Security Engineering team.
This is a leadership role first and foremost. You'll be leading a team of six security professionals, setting direction, prioritising activity and ensuring the business gets maximum value from its cyber security tooling and investments.
You'll work closely with Cyber Architecture, Security Operations and wider technology teams to enhance Royal Mail's cyber capabilities, drive automation and continuously improve the effectiveness of our security platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown from a technical cyber background and now enjoys leading people, influencing stakeholders and shaping strategy rather than remaining heavily hands‑on.
