Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Cyber Architect (Manager) to lead engagements across financial services, shaping secure cloud architectures and governance. This role involves advising clients, building EY cyber capabilities, and mentoring teams in a multinational, fast-growing practice.

The successful candidate will manage complex client engagements, develop solutions, and contribute to market opportunities while aligning with EY's values and global security standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising Financial Services on cybersecurity risk.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, data protection.
• Ability to lead large, multi-national engagements and client advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity engagements, meeting quality, time and budget targets.
• Lead and mentor teams, coaching junior staff and directing engagement work.
• Develop proposals and market EY cybersecurity offerings and thought leadership.
• Contribute to performance reviews and staff development within the cybersecurity practice.
