EY UK is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and drive delivery across multiple sites in the UK, including London, Manchester and Scotland. You will coordinate security architecture, risk-based planning, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for complex security challenges.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical depth in networking and security, and collaboration with clients to align roadmaps with regulatory and business

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity experience with onsite work; OT experience desirable.
• Strong network engineering skills: routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs.
• Knowledge of secure remote/local access (PAM, jump hosts, PAW).
• Familiarity with NCSC CAF, EU NIS2, NIST CSF, CCNA/CCNP.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Deliver complex cybersecurity engagements across multiple sites and regions.
• Align security roadmaps to priorities, risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Deliver engineering delivery and plan/manage scope, schedule, resources and risks.
• Implement security measures from blueprints including firewall configs, network segmentation, ACLs, and secure site-to-cloud connectivity.
• Produce engineering artefacts including build standards, configuration baselines and as-built documentation.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
