Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join the Financial Services practice in London or Edinburgh. The role requires onsite presence three times per week and involves managing client engagements across cyber strategy, maturity and transformation, while delivering alongside a growing UK team of cyber professionals.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, support business development, and mentor junior staff, with opportunities to shape security programs for leading FS organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience advising Financial Services organisations on cyber security threats and risks
• Pragmatic approach to identifying cyber risks within complex transformations
• Project management and delivery across cyber security areas including frameworks and risk
• Understanding UK Financial Services regulatory landscape (PRA, FCA, BoE) and related security standards
• Experience in wining proposals and RFP responses in multinational engagements

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Cyber Security engagements
• Support in client business development activities, including proposals and presentations
• Support go-to-market activities across UK in collaboration with European teams
• Build EY brand awareness and client relationships
• Manage staffing, track fees and communicate issues to engagement partners
• Develop people through supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to feedback
• Contribute to recruiting, retention and training Cyber professionals
