Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber Architect Manager to join its Financial Services Cyber and Resilience practice. The role focuses on leading cybersecurity engagements across the UK, building EY's cyber capabilities, and advising clients on market trends.

You will work with alliance partners and contribute to thought leadership while driving delivery excellence. You will be part of a large global cyber team, coordinating with EY’s network across EMEIA to deliver security transformation programs, identity

Qualifications

• Experience advising Financial Services organisations on cybersecurity threats and risk.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity topics: cryptography, network design, application security, data protection, IAM, cloud security.
• Ability to translate security concepts into business terms.
• Proven ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions for critical services.
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements in cybersecurity with scope, quality, time and budget targets.
• Scope and plan delivery phases with prospective clients and senior leaders.
• Develop market for cybersecurity services and contribute to proposals and marketing material.
• Lead, mentor and coach team members; promote a learning culture.
• Create thought leadership and market materials for EY cybersecurity offerings.
• Assist in managing engagement finances including staffing and fees.
