Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Cyber Architect Manager to lead security architecture across financial services projects. The role involves managing client engagements, shaping cyber and cloud security services, and mentoring a growing team of professionals within EY’s expansive cyber practice.

You will join a global cyber team, contribute to market-leading capabilities, and collaborate with alliance partners to advise clients on current trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience advising Financial Services organisations on cybersecurity threats and risks.
• Broad cybersecurity experience across technology, business, and risk.
• Ability to translate security risk into business terms.
• Proven impact on security architecture decisions in critical services.
• Adaptive communication to influence cross-functional teams and balance risk with opportunity.
• Knowledge of security governance frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.
• Security and cloud qualifications (CISSP, CCSK, TOGAF) preferred.
• Experience supporting winning proposals and RFP responses in multinational engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements and client teams, ensuring quality, time and budget targets.
• Provide market insights and contribute to proposals and marketing materials.
• Coach junior staff and develop a learning culture within the team.
• Lead by example and mentor colleagues to deliver EY Cybersecurity offerings.
