NCR Voyix Corporation in London, UK seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to drive strategic digital initiatives, turning business priorities into a sequenced roadmap and delivering measurable value across our organization.

The role requires a strong background in project management, technology integration, and change management, with a proven track record leading complex enterprise projects spanning data, automation, and AI.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, or a related role, including leading cross-functional programmes end to end.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
Strong understanding of enterprise technologies (ServiceNow, Oracle, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, or similar) and in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
Experience with change management and driving organizational change.

Responsabilidades

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects from business case through to go-live and handover to operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives based on business value, effort, risk, and readiness.
Develop and manage project timelines, and resource plans, and work directly with customers as needed to communicate status.
Ensure alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Define success measures and KPIs for each initiative, and track benefits after go-live to confirm value is realized.
Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into existing processes, working closely with architecture, security, and data teams.
Identify opportunities to apply automation, analytics, and AI to simplify processes and improve customer and employee experience.
Establish clear delivery governance, including steering committees, RACI, decision logs, and stage gates.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies associated with digital transformation projects.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, holding them to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
Lead change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
Plan go-live, hypercare, and transition to run teams so new solutions are stable and fully supported.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and processes.
Ensure solutions meet data protection (UK GDPR), information security, and compliance requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
