Job summary

Vitacress Herbs, based near Runcton in West Sussex, is seeking a Night Shift Production Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team. This permanent, full-time role is on a 4-day week with a night shift pattern (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) from 15:45 to 02:45.

You will lead and motivate a production team, ensure lines are set up correctly, and drive production, quality and safety targets while supporting improvements in waste reduction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative or Production Supervisor.
• Experience in food production, manufacturing or packing.
• Good communication and people skills; strong attention to detail.
